Note: Due to Covid-19 we are no longer offering in-person vein consultations – we offer convenient and safe virtual vein consultations via Zoom instead.
1. Get Your Zoom Meeting Link
Once you select a time using the button above, you will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom meeting link. Click on the meeting link at your scheduled time to start your virtual vein consultation.
2. Set Up Zoom
If you do not already have a Zoom account, please download and set up your Zoom account before your appointment. You can download Zoom for free here.

Please use the meeting link you will receive in your email inbox 15 minutes prior to your appointment to make sure your Zoom account is working.
3. Join The Zoom Meeting
On the day of your appointment, we ask that you be in a quiet, private room so you can get the most out of your meeting with little to no distractions.
15 minutes prior to your appointment, check to make sure your Wi-fi is working, Zoom is downloaded, and your computer speaker is on.
Have a pen and notebook nearby in case you want to take notes.
