If you would like to make an appointment, please call our office at 302-731-0001 or submit a request on our website.

If you would like to schedule a Free Virtual Vein Consultation, you can schedule an available time/day from our Virtual Screening link. Patients will receive a reminder call the business day prior to the appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation/no show fee.

Timely cancellation of your appointment will allow us to offer the time to another patient.

New patients are asked to come in 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork.

Bring your current Insurance card(s) to each appointment.

 

ID: Bring your current state ID or driver’s license to each appointment.

 

Delaware Advanced Vein Center participates with all major insurance plans including Medicare, Delaware Medicaid, and Humana Medicare Advantage.

Any questions you may have regarding your insurance benefits should be directed to your insurance company.

It is the policy of Delaware Advanced Vein Center that payment is due at the time services are rendered. You are responsible for your co-payment, deductible and co-insurance obligations. We do offer financing options via Care Credit.
