I want to express my satisfaction with the medical services I received at Delaware Advanced Vein Center. In 2025 my primary care physician at Preventive Primary Care, part of Delaware Advanced Vein Center ordered an ultrasound which revealed varicose veins in both legs. I had two Venaseal procedures performed (one on each leg) at the vein center with a follow-up ultrasound one week later after each procedure. The ultrasounds revealed the Venaseal procedures were a success and with no blood clots. The discomfort from the procedures was minimal and I lost no time at work. In early 2026 I received an injection in each leg below the knee to close off veins. One leg was done at a time, and you will feel a pinch much like a shot. Several days later an ultrasound was performed which revealed no blood clots and the procedures were a success. I had a total of about nine office visits to treat my varicose veins, and each was relatively quick. I found Dr. Alfieri and his staff to be welcoming and professional. They will check with your insurance company and communicate with you about what is covered. I highly recommend Delaware Advanced Vein Center and Preventive Primary Care.

Literally the best vein center in Delaware! I came here to get treatment and I had such a wonderful experience. The staff is great. Everyone is so welcoming. During my last treatment Jules and Saige We’re wonderful. They were so helpful so nice. I also got a goodie bag leaving!! 10 out of 10!!!

A professional and kind team! The appointments for progress checks were quick and efficient. The results have been terrific! I got lots of great help from Saige. A very positive team effort with great results.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and Dr. Alfieri at the Delaware Advanced Vein Center. Sophie at the front desk is always so welcoming and friendly. Whether in person or over the phone Sophie is polite and helpful. Kelsey has done numerous ultrasounds on my legs and is always professional and friendly. I have had numerous procedures on my veins and thus far the doctor and staff have done wonders. I also now see the PA Jessica Badger as my primary physician. She is educated, knowledgeable and listens efficiently. You feel like your finally being heard and she is wonderful. This practice is amazing! Personable, attentive and on time

Excellent care. Dr. Jessica Badger is very kind, curious, and effective, and willing to answer any questions I might have. The last time I was there, Quetzy was the nurse who brought me back. Vitals were made quick and easy, and it was ensured that I felt comfortable in the space.

Along with Dr. Alfieri, Saige and Jules did a fantastic job keeping me relaxed and calm. If it were pain free I would be happy,but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Am now ding the after procedure process and relaxing. Thank you all for taking care of me 😜

Sophie made scheduling my first appointment quick and easy from the start. On the day of my appointment Sophie and Quetzy were very friendly and professional. Katherine answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable and confident.

Great office and staff

I can’t recommend DE Advanced vein center enough! I had multiple procedures done by Dr Anthony Alfieri. I had the Venus ablation procedure and the Varithena procedure. After my first initial procedure for the venous ablation I could tell an immediate difference the following day. My legs felt some my lighter. The varithena procedure was quick and easy. Jules and Cheryl did a fantastic job of explaining each of the procedures prior to them being completed by the doctor.

Great experience! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I was a little nervous about the procedure and everyone was so sweet and helped calm my anxiety. I initially contacted the Delaware Advanced Vein Center after seeing a video on YouTube. I had been having circulatory issues w/ my legs for several years. I was not getting anywhere w/ the other specialists I have seen and had received Ultrasounds and procedures with no real relief.
From the moment I walked into The Vein Center, I felt like they 'actually' cared and listened to each and every circulator complaint I had thrown at them. I've had a few procedures and feel like I am getting better / relief already.
I've met several of the staff and all seem naturally pleasant and knowledgeable. Among them are Jules and Saige that assist Dr. Alfieri in some capacity. Both are patient, professional and caring. They are a well-organized and efficient group of individuals. I appreciate that about them and I'm sure all patients do as well.

Dr. Alfieri did a great job on sealing veins in both of my legs. I am now pain free & all my previous swelling is gone. We discoverd after my first procedure I was allergic to the glue. He called in a RX and in 2 days all was well. Jules & Sage who assisted with my last procedure and his whole staff is very helpful and answered all my questions. The front desk is very friendly & welcoming. I would & have recommend Dr. Alfieri to others after receiving his exceptional care.

Sophia is one of a kind- she has always been that pleasant smiling person to greet you when you walked in the door. Dr. Alfieri and his team are wonderful! The process was extremely organized and explained so well that I had no nerves going into both procedures. From setting the initial consultation, to working with their amazing ultrasound techs, to conversations with the billing area- every step was meticulously coordinated. Every question I had answered, even those I didn’t even think of!! Dr. Alfieri is so understanding, approachable, and answered every question with grace and humor. He made me feel comfortable and confident in the procedure. I barely had any discomfort and was back to teaching spinning classes the next day! A heating pad was strongly recommended and was a game changer! I am looking forward to my follow appointments and given my heredity, I’m sure I’ll have future procedures. Thank you for everything you have done for me, Dr. Alfieri and team!!
