Doctor Alfieri is approachable and kind, putting the needs of his patients’ first. His bedside manner is excellent. I left feeling like he truly wanted to help me! I also want to mention Victoria Ruch, the provider who assisted me in all of my preliminary appointments. She went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. What a lovely experience overall.

Personally, Ive had nothing but amazing experiences here. Everyone has always been very nice and dr alfieri is awesome! He has such a down to earth, friend-like personality and always greets you with a big welcoming smile. He talks to you like you’re a friend! I love that. I feel comfortable and always well taken care of for my procedures and follow ups. Julia & Sage were super sweet and supportive for my procedure that i was pretty nervous for and it was a bit painful but they made it as quick as possible working as a team with dr alfieri and i was in and out within 40 minutes. Highly recommend alfieri cardiology!

I highly recommend Delaware Advanced Vein center. I had several veins that were not working properly treated. My legs feel better and the procedure was quick, easy and very little pain. Dr Alfieri is so kind, humorous and puts you right at ease. His staff I dealt with were Cheryl, Sage and Julie. They were wonderful. So friendly, caring and thoughtful. Front desk staff I found to be the same way.

Dr. Alfieri and his staff are amazing! He treated me for pain in my right leg due to abnormal circulation. After receiving venaseal treatment, my leg feels great, and I no longer suffer from pain after long days on my feet. He also treated me for varicose veins and answered all of my questions, which helped address my doubts and hesitation. I highly recommend him!

I have been a patient at Alfieri Cardiology for over five years and I am very pleased with the service I get. The varicose veins in both of my legs were thermally ablated and my legs feel great. With my family history and some minor symptoms, I needed to find a cardiologist without waiting months. I was able to get in to see Dr. Alfieri within weeks. I was impressed because he ordered multiple tests at my first appt. Clearly he wanted to get to the bottom of my symptoms. My follow up appt was great too. I left with a copy of my results and a plan. I was extremely pleased with Dr. Alfieri and his staff.

Made an appt. to discuss excessive cramps & heaviness in my legs. After having an Ultra Sound done it was determined that I should have a vein ablation to try & avoid major issues down the road. Has the right leg done last year. I noticed that I was not having as many cramps in my calves & thighs. After having the left one done I was truly able to notice that my legs did not feel as heavy. Dr. Anthony and his staff are absolutely great! I have suffered with varicose veins for a few years now and they have treated both legs and maintain the health of both my legs. Can't say enough good things about Delaware vein center!!!!

During a lengthy drive to visit family in Michigan, my right leg cramped so severely that I could barely drive for an hour and a quarter. My primary care provider referred me to Delaware Advanced Vein Center. I was promptly diagnosed and was relieved to find that I had nothing as severe as a blockage. My veins had deteriorated and were not returning blood flow from the lower extremities. I underwent a Sclerotherapy procedure on both legs. I couldn’t be more pleased. The symptoms were gone. Any neuropathy was greatly diminished and, of all things, my balance has improved dramatically. I practice the martial arts and even my karate instructor remarked on it. I’m 72. Dr. Alfieri and Delaware Advanced Care Center gave me a new set of wheels.

The veins of both my legs had large black and blue patches. I began to experience cramps especially during the night while sleeping. As a physical individual who practices power walks three times a week, I felt fatigued after a short walk and tightness of both calves.
Dr. Alfieri explained the condition of my legs could eventually lead to a stroke and other complications. Consequently we proceeded with treatment.
The results are amazing! Not only do my legs feel strong and my walking stigma is back to normal. But the veins have reseated and both legs looks normal again.

Before visiting the Vein Center, I suffered in pain every day. My legs felt heavy, tired. The pain was so severe that I would be brought to tears when trying to walk up even one step. Even trying to sit in a chair caused extraordinary pain.

I saw many doctors over the last 2 years and I spent 2 1/2 weeks at the Mayo Clinic and found no answers or solutions. If I had to describe what I was feeling, it was like the muscles in my legs were being torn away from the bone and the fatigue I lived with was like nothing I had ever felt before.

I went to numerous doctors looking for help but found none.
After living with the pain in excess of 2 years, I as left feeling truly hopeless and helpless. Throughout my search for relief, I never associated my veins with the pain I was experiencing.

I happened to see an ad for the Vein Center when I was running errands and decided to call. The veins in my legs were always present, but now they were also bulging and it seemed they were becoming more prominent at a rapid pace so, when I saw the advertisement for the Vein Center, I decided to call. My first experience was with a VNUS closure on my left leg. what a difference it made. I have battled leg pain and was skeptical about going back to get my legs checked again because the last place I went did not treat the underlying problem before doing Sclerotherapy treatments and it did nothing, never went away. After having an ultra sound on my legs, then talking with Dr. Alfieri I had no reservations about doing the procedure. No more pain and I was in and out quickly and returned to normal activities that day. Dr. Alfieri is the best and his staff are so awesome . My second procedure was Sclerotherapy. I have a lot of spider veins and I’m still healing from the first area done but I can definitely see results. I highly recommend going in for a consultation. You won’t be disappointed!
