If you would like to make an appointment, please call our office at 302-731-0001 or submit a request on our website.

If you would like to schedule a Free Virtual Vein Consultation, you can schedule an available time/day from our Virtual Screening link. Patients will receive a reminder call the business day prior to the appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation/no show fee.

Timely cancellation of your appointment will allow us to offer the time to another patient.

New patients are asked to come in 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork.

Bring your current Insurance card(s) to each appointment.

 

ID: Bring your current state ID or driver’s license to each appointment.

Delaware Advanced Vein Center participates with all major insurance plans including Medicare and Delaware Medicaid. Any questions you may have regarding your insurance benefits should be directed to your insurance company.

It is the policy of Delaware Advanced Vein Center that payment is due at the time services are rendered. You are responsible for your co-payment, deductible and co-insurance obligations. We do offer financing options via Care Credit.

Delaware Advanced Vein Center is committed to providing exceptional care for all of our patients, including scheduling availability and timely appointments. Our policy is established to best serve everyone.

When you cancel an appointment without giving proper notice, or you arrive late, or you do not show up, you prevent someone else from being seen and receiving proper care. Additionally, these occurrences result in unforeseen openings in our patient schedule, leading to the squandering of our valuable time and resources invested in expert medical personnel and cutting-edge diagnostic equipment.

Our office reserves time for you in good faith. Please extend the courtesy by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations after the 48-hour cut-off, or no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will result in a fee, as follows:

Office visit/established patient – $50
Office visit/new patient – $75
Ultrasound imaging testing – $100
Any vein procedure – $300

Fees are not covered by insurance and will be billed directly to you.

Please contact your Primary Care doctor or Insurance Company for all referral requests.
