Been using Delaware vein center for a while now. Dr. Alfieri and his full staffare the best. From the time you check into the time you check out, everyone is very professional. I had a procedure today with Cheryl whose bedside manner was very comforting. Her assistance made everything go smoothly. I highly recommend this place to anybody who needs vein work done the best!

I just wanted say Thank You to my new freinds at the Delaware vein center. Kelsy and Cheryl. They were helpful and caring they took care of me. When I saw there Ad on Facebook I took the chance to go and make an appt with them. I was skeptical at first I thought nothing would ever fix my problem with my legs being discolored and itchy at first I thought it was allergies. But come to find out wth Dr Alferi I have a vein disease that could be hereditary. Thanks to this group of people I can now look forward to the future with them taking care of me. So if anyone out there has any kind of varicose veins or you need a second opinion because your regular dx just give you meds to help put a band aid

Dr. Alfieri did a excellent job on my varicose veins removal. The procedure was painless and took no time at all . The staff there are excellent especially Nurse Jules!

For everyone in need of a cardiologist/vein specialist, I highly recommend Dr.Anthony Alfieri. He listened to me and explained my illness, what needed to be done, all the while making me feel at ease. Dr. Alfieri and his team are the best. I couldn't have chosen a better physician to take care of my heart and vein issues. I really appreciate him and his staff. That being said, if anyone is in need of a Cardiologist/Vein Restoration specialist, I recommend him. Just know you will be in good hands. He really takes care of you and makes you feel like you are his only patient.

Dr. Alfieri has been great in treating my vein disease as well as answering any questions and concerns I had. The staff at both locations have been nice and Julie has been great in the process as well! I would recommend his practice for the treatment of veins.

I had my daughter and started having varicose veins. So I decided to see my options for treatment. I was told about Alfien Cardiology, I came and started the process. I make a terrible patient, but both the doctor and staff helped calm my nerves. Saige, Cheryl, and Kay were very helpful thru it all. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Ms Virginia worked with me to help make appointments for what could best work for my busy schedule. I appreciate them and their kindness.

I had to the 3 procedures to get rid of my veins that were causing discomfort everyday. The procedures were fairly painless and my legs haven’t ache a day since. My varicose veins are no longer visible, which has been a big confidence boost. Kay and Cheryl were very friendly and inviting during each procedure. I wish I had done this sooner as it has made a big difference in my daily activities.

I started my journey early this fall and have received excellent care from every person that I come in contact with! Today my procedure was assisted by Kelsey and Cheryl, who were amazing! I've been trying to find ways to reduce the pain in my legs and through research found out about Delaware Advanced Vein Center. Each and every time I've been there the doctor and team were amazing. I was very nervous coming to a new practice. I had a lot of issues with my legs that were not handled properly by another physician so I was very skeptical. When I met Dr. Alfieri he made me feel very comfortable immediately! He's very knowledgeable and has a great personality! He made me feel so comfortable and confident in him. Dr. Alfieri's staff is amazing! I need to shout out Julie and Cheryl for being so supportive to me. They both went above and beyond caring for me during my procedures and I am very thankful to them! I was diagnosed with venous insufficiency after my visit to the vein center. My legs were very swollen and heavy. Dr Alfieri ‘s, his assistants Sage and Kay were very professional and helpful. Everything that Sage and Kay were doing was explained to me. It was a very good experience in the office. My legs are much better after my treatment at the vein center.

I had mixed up my locations and went to Omega when I was meant to go to Foulk Rd. Sophie managed to squeeze me in and was not only professional, but friendly and courteous. Ive had multiple vein procedures done with dr Alfieri and I cannot recommend them enough! He is very knowledgeable and his staff is the best! Sage has assisted with every procedure and is always extremely nice. Kelsey is always a smiling face when visiting the office!

This place has changed my life for the better after going to a different doctor for 10 yrs and getting no where I was recommended to Dr Alfieri, Lisa, Virginia, Kelsey, Sage Cheryl and everyone else involved with my surgeries. Dr. Alfieri’s office provided a thorough patient experience from workup to treatment plan and procedure. It was all very fluid with knowledgeable staff. My procedure was inherently not the most delightful experience but I appreciate his humor and ability to shift focus from any discomfort. The ultrasound techs are also amazing. Before Delaware Advanced Vein Center, I kept reiteratimg to specialists about issues with my legs in regards to heaviness, pain, tingling, itching, burning sensation and I felt ignored as my symptoms persisted. Once my addressed concerns fell on deaf ears, I decided to be my own advocate for my health and chronic conditions. I did my research and came across DAVC. I scheduled an appointment to see if I was a good candidate for treatment. After meeting with the Specialist, I felt heard, finally I didn't feel ignored. After 3 treatments at DAVC I started to feel improvement in my legs; And I'm walking more!! I do need annual check ups to prevent and treat future problems that may persist, but like any follow ups, is the key to prevention. Thank you so much Delaware Advanced Vein Center !!

DE Advance Vein Center is located conveniently in Newark DE in Omega Center and is handicapped accessible. Dr. Anthony Alfieri cares about the patients and prides himself on doing the lease invasive procedures with care and has over 30 years experience in medical practice . He is easy to communicate with. I interacted with Alex 1st she made it possible for me to see Dr.Alfieri and get ultrasound same day 11/13/25. She is a blessing. Chantel and Kayla at front reception area are so easy to interact with answering questions I had. Cheryl the ultrasound technician was so kind and patient while she conducted the ultrasound allowing me to see the screen while she performed the ultrasound, then when I returned for vein seal procedure the next day 11/14/25 Cheryl and Kelsey during and after the procedure were so helpful and supportive. I talked with Virginia on the phone for scheduling and talked with her in person on 11/17/25 she scheduled me for next procedure and she is nice and helped me fill out form to get my records released and faxed to her from the place I had a horrible experience at Vascular Surgery Associates in Apex Bldg in Newark DE. I recommend anyone who is having veins issues in their legs should contact DE Advance Vein Center.

I highly recommend Dr. Alfieri, my experience getting my varicose veins treated here has been a positive one. It’s now two years since I had them treated and my legs still feel great. They used to feel heavy and achy but now they feel light and spry. Dr. Alfieri is very personable and friendly and he always takes time to connect with patients, I leave feeling cared for and listened to. We’ve even had some fun chats about gardening, art and other interests - it’s really nice to have a doctor that takes the time to connect on a personal level. I’ve had similar experiences with the nursing staff and reception, everyone has been very personable and warm. Highly recommend!
